We listen to our customers that's why we now offer a range of convenient payment options:
1. Payment deadline. Regular customers must make payment when a service has been provided (unless otherwise stated), full payment must be received within 14 days for commercial customers and 7 days for residential customers of the service delivery date (unless otherwise stated). The Wellton Property Care payments dept will usually contact you within 3 days for payment.
2. Late payments will incur a daily penalty charge of 10% based on the original amount owed. After 14 days the accrued debt will be passed to our debt recovery partner. If you anticipate having problems making payment for services rendered please contact us before the expiry of the payment deadline to avoid the penalty charge.
3. For pre booked one-off cleans we require an advance payment of 25% immediately at point of booking and prior to the service(s) being provided.
4. Payment protection guaranteed.
5. Customers making payment through online banking or standing order must state their customer ID as payment reference for ease of payment identification.
